Excellent food and service. We will return. The Peppers and Sausage are not to be missed (especially if you like a spicy kick). The bread is excellent alone but even better dipped in the Sicilian Olive Oil or gravy from the sausage and peppers. Steaks are top quality. Everything is seasoned aggressively, so if you're not into that, I'd let them know when you order. Drinks are excellent as well.

Update as of 8/8/23 - new, improved rating We had another date night out, and I needed the gnocchi and king salmon. We honestly were hesitant to come back because our experience with the service the last two times was not ideal. We are so glad we went back because Gino made our dinner so enjoyable. He was incredibly attentive, down to earth, and I actually told him about our prior experiences. I wanted to make sure they knew that their food was incredible, but our concerns about the service made us unsure about coming back. He was so understanding and appreciative of the feedback. He mentioned they have meetings with their team, and they review the ratings from Google. He actually said he remembered my review 😆 All that to say, you need to go here. 💯 Best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. ______________________________ Had a date night out and was happy we chose this place. The food was wonderful - all seasoned and cooked very well. The king salmon and gnocchi will be in my dreams for a while. Perfectly soft little pillows with a sumptuous white wine cream sauce and the most delectably cooked salmon I've ever had. Octopus was surprisingly tender (I say surprisingly because it seemed a little tough to cut at first), and it had a nice char grill Calamari was plentiful, lightly fried, with yummy cocktail sauce. They were tender but could have used more salt. The peppers were super flavorful in comparison - sweet and pickled and spicy The chopped salad was very good. They charge an extra $2 to cut it up for you, which seems silly, but what can you do. Service was kinda spotty.. overall, it *fine*, but we ended up waiting for our waitress for 20 min to cash us out, so we had to find another person to do it for us. Kind of annoying way to end the otherwise nice evening. We sat on the patio which you'd think be a little chilly but they had the heat absolutely blasting. I'm not kidding, I was dripping sweat and I heard other tables commenting on how freakin hot it was. Not great. The interior atmosphere seemed very cozy and nice.

We made a reservation one week out for 13 people on a Friday. They were happy to take us and everyone was able to order from the normal menu, which I’ve learned is a hard thing to get with a party that size at pricier restaurants. The food and service was great, and at least on the Fri night we went all the other tables seemed dressed up for the occasion as well. Would recommend for groups large and small. This was our first time there.

We had our daughter’s 16th birthday celebration at Volare. They did an amazing job helping with the setup, prompt service and great communication. The food was amazing and I can’t say how great everything was as from beginning to end. Thank you, Stephanie and Samantha — I forgot the gentleman name he was also amazing. Thank you so much for making this day extra special for her!

Continue to add photos. All meals so far a thumbs up! While your dish may not be the most amazing thing you have ever had, they are consistent with taste, atmosphere, and service. We always bring out-of-town visitors here. In my book that’s 5 stars. Have been here several times and food is always great, tonight no exception. The Sausage and Peppers were the best we’ve ever had. The Wedge Salad was HUGE and the Margarita Pizza was tasty, albeit a bit undercooked. We sat outside in their covered patio and it was a Thursday night and happened to be Wixom’ Summer Concert Series so we even had entertainment
